Mt Buller
Mount Buller is a resort village in eastern Victoria, Australia and is known for its downhill ski slopes and terrain parks. Bike trails and footpaths also crisscross the mountain. The National Alpine Museum of Australia has exhibits on the country’s alpine regions and chronicles the history of winter sports in Australia. Mountain peaks, waterfalls and high plains characterise the nearby Alpine National Park.

Watson's Mountain Trail Rides
Experience the beauty and history of the Victorian High Country on horseback. We are open all year round and our horse riding tours are 3 hours driving time north east of Melbourne near the township of Mansfield. Our trail rides range from 1 – 3 hour Short Rides through to a 2 Day luxury horse ride and a 5 Day Man from Snowy River and Heritage horse ride.

National Alpine Museum of Australia
The National Alpine Museum of Australia is located within the village at Mt Buller, Australia’s most popular mountain. The museum invites visitors to explore Australia’s alpine regions, from the fast and colourful action of snow sports to the fascinating early history of cattle, mining and timber. The museum has a comprehensive collection of objects from across Australia’s alps with many are on display.

Hunt Club Hotel
Locals and long-time visitors have always known the hotel as The Hunt Club, whereas others might know it as the Merrijig Hotel. The pub has long been a meeting place for the locals as well as a destination for tourists. Merrijig itself is a popular gateway to the High Country for Bushwalkers, Horseriders, Campers, 4WDrivers, Bike Riders of every description and sports people looking for the snow.

Delatite Wines
Specialising in cool climate wine, Delatite’s winery and vineyards are on rolling hills at the base of Mt Buller in north-east Victoria. It was established in 1968 by Robert and Vivienne Ritchie and now run by their son David. Our approach to winemaking has been forged from the family’s history of working with the land in Victoria for over 170 years.

Mansfield Zoo
Mansfield Zoo is one of North East Victoria’s hidden secrets, with a large collection of exotic and native animals on 30 acres of picturesque parkland featuring lovely views across the Delatite Valley to Mt Buller. Hand or spade feed many of the animals as you wander, including monkeys!
