From the moment my husband and I toured The Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort in search of a wedding venue we knew this was the one. The Sebel PVR has the most amazing rustic country atmosphere surrounded by beautiful mountain views and we instantly knew this is the place where we wanted to get married. Nicolette has truly gone above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect. Nicolette has an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to planning weddings and making sure all your wishes come true on your day. The Sebel PVR team made our special day run so smoothly and stress free, it was a dream! The food was amazing, and the standard of service we received was impeccable. The accommodation on site was amazing and made things so much easier and less stressful on the day.

Royal Enfield Australia recently held a product launch for its new Himalayan 450 Adventure Motorcycle in the Victorian High Country. 

As part of the launch process, we staged the event at the Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort in Merrijig, just out of Mansfield…

Throughout the entire process, the staff and management of The Sebel were exemplary in every way. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them, from the initial booking process, through to us conducting the recce’ and the actual event itself, which was held over 4 days with approx 35 PAX and crew to accommodate and feed for the duration of the event. This included staff staying back and starting early to accommodate our timing requirements. Some of the team members also travelled out into the bush to serve a ‘Bush BBQ’ lunch for our guests, which was very well received by both the journalists in attendance and international visitors from our factory in India.

The actual venue itself was stunning, and in a beautiful location, just a short drive from Mansfield and Mount Buller, as well as popular 4WD routes such as Craigs Hut and Mount Sterling. Kangaroos & Deer were in abundance around the grounds of the venue, which was of particular interest to our international guests. 

I would not hesitate to recommend The Sebel Resort at Pinnacle Valley to any company looking to hold an event there, or, to individuals looking for a quiet getaway in the beautiful Victorian High Country. 

My husband and I had our wedding here on the 8th October and could not be more thankful to Nicolette and the team for everything they did for us. Nothing over the weekend was too much trouble, they made sure we had back up plans with some wet weather possibilities, ensured everything was setup exactly how we would like it and we had everything we could need. All of the little details were perfect!

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at the Sebel Pinnacle Valley in November.

Set against a backdrop of Mt Buller and the surrounding Victorian Alps, the resort offers magnificent scenery and plenty of native wildlife.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was magnificent – a big thank you to chef Siddarth who worked wonders with an Indian fusion banquet – it was a feast fit for a king. Special thanks also to our event planner Nicolette who did an amazing job making sure everything went smoothly on the day.
